Nice hotel which is newly renovated and still it is being renovated. Location is exceptional and close to historical marvels and grand bazaar. The best part is the staff, highly professional and respectful. Whenever we needed something during our eight days stay, they fully extended their support and even we were offered Turkish delights as gift during our check out.

Great staff, they were super helpful, great location only minutes walk from the main tourist area and Bizzare. Nice finish in the room, large water provided and big AC. They organised our transfers which was really welcome as we could get a fixed price and a quality vehicle. The breakfast was great with lots of choice.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We arrived before check-in time at 8 am and were giving a room which was really nice. The breakfast spread was very nice with lots choose from. The location was close to amenities, restaurants, shops and Mammud Bacha, and Grand Bazaar is 4 tram stops or 20 mins work away.

Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast area has beautiful view and the food is great. Staff was very helpful at all times we needed. The location is perfect, everything is short walking distance from the hotel.

Rating: 10/10 Our stay at New Florenta Hotel in Istanbul was absolutely fantastic! My wife and I spent three wonderful days there, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with every aspect of our experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after long days of sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day right. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and added a personal touch to our trip. We highly recommend New Florenta Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! We will definitely return.

The location is brilliant.everything in close proximity. Quiet street .a very good traditional breakfast .. newly renovated rooms and batt rooms . Close to all attractions .good transportation links ..

The hotel was small and lovely. The staff were incredibly nice. They changed our room without having to ask. The breakfast room is love with views. A really nice selection of items for breakfast. A lot of vegetarian plus eggs and a lot of cheeses. Different teas and coffees. The regular man at the front desk was very helpful. We’d already booked most of our excursions but next time I’d use the hotel.

We spent 2 weeks at the New Florenta Hotel and it’s became our Istanbul home. The staff working there is what really makes the difference, they are always welcome and happy to help and fulfill our requests. In two week stay they became our family. Housekeeping staff is doing great job everyday sanitize the room, it always fresh and shine. The waiters are always happy to help with day to day activities and are really friendly. The front desk managers are getting most of tension, but always positive and do their best to make our stay excellent. For the breakfast we had an amazing Grand Turkish Mezze Party breakfast, every day they server a huge list of different small dishes and I would love to thank the master chief who made this happen.
